Questions:
1. Text Web hangs for a long time or crashes when loading a page.Â
If Text Web just says “Loading…” and you haven’t updated to version 1.2, please install the update on your device.
If you have the new version and continue to have problems, please close the app and relaunch it. Sometimes you will need to relaunch the app twice after encountering an error.
If you encounter a page that will not load in Text Web, note that Text Web unfortunately doesn’t work with every web page. Some pages may fail to load even after repeated attempts.
2. I recently installed the Text Web 1.2 app update and now I’m getting an error, even if I open and close the app.Â
If you’re having this problem, please uninstall the app from your iOS device and reinstall it.
3. When will Text Web update to correct these problems?Â
We are a very small team and can not put out frequent updates. Our next update is a planned rebuild of the original concept with better stability. This will take a while but we expect to launch in Fall 2012. Please join the Fab Apps email list or follow our twitter for updates.
If Text Web is causing you serious problems and you would like to return the app for a refund, please email textweb@fabapps.com and we’ll answer your request.
App does not seem to work-
When started, the word “loading” appears at top corner and stays there

Sorry about the inconvenience! This is a known compatibility issue between Text Web and the latest version of iOS. We’ve found the cause of the problem and are releasing a bug fix to the iTunes store. This update should be available on your device within 1-3 days. I cannot find the update to make the app function
on current iPhone os.
Do I need to re-install or will the March 20 update appear
in the list of available updates for installed apps?

I’m sorry, Text Web is no longer available for iOS. It’s possible that a new version will be released later this year. Thanks for your interest.
